Not quite ready for half a hog, but still looking for those $$$ big savings? Try out our Pastured Pork Bundle! It contains 15-17 pounds of your favorite cuts -
2-3 pound shoulder roast (butt roast)
3 pounds of bacon
2 packs of pork chops
1 pack of ribs
1 tenderloin
4 pounds sausage (your choice on flavors, based on availability)
I will gather your choices before pick up. Available sausage flavors are: brat burgers, brat links, Andouille, Kielbasa, hot Italian, breakfast links, chorizo, bulk mild Italian, pepper and onion, and sage.
