The nicest, juiciest thighs you'll ever have! Our favorite way to cook thighs is skin down in a searing hot cast iron skillet until the skin is nice and crispy. Flip them over and put in the oven until done. Sprinkle your favorite seasoning, sauce or just dress down with salt and pepper. You can never go wrong with Crispy Skin Chicken.
