Custom Cut Class

Are you interested in having a freezer full of beef and/or pork? Completely overwhelmed by the process or what you should get? No worries, we got you with this Custom Cut Class!
This 90 minute class covers a quick background on the farm, a thorough walk through of the custom cut buying process and the variety of beef and pork cuts. There will be more than enough time for all of your questions to be answered!
Looking for a few more perks? How about some delicious samples? A few recipes? Tips and tricks on how to use some of the lesser known cuts?
Not to mention - the cost of the class will be deducted from your final cost if you choose to go ahead and get a half hog or a quarter beef!
What do you need for this class? Just a willingness to learn and an empty stomach! Each ticket allows for two people to join us.
What don't you need for this class? A huge freezer! Heck, you don't need a freezer at all. We will go over how much space you should expect to need.
