Shoulder | halfway between ham and bacon - it's real meaty
Black Pepper | the traditional with cracked black pepper
Garlic | the traditional flavored with garlic (great in a broccoli salad)
Beef | the traditional cut, but instead of pork this one is made with our beef belly!
